About Tiffany Anderson, LMFT-A
Hi, I’m Tiffany, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT-A) and the founder of Pathways Rooted Counseling. My work is grounded in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the patterns that keep them stuck and uncover the connections that help them thrive.
I didn’t stumble into this work by accident. Over time, I realized that the challenges we face in relationships—whether with ourselves, our partners, our children, or our family of origin—are often tied to patterns we weren’t even aware of. These patterns can create tension, conflict, and frustration, but they can also be changed. That’s why I became a therapist: to help people slow down, understand themselves and their relationships, and take meaningful steps toward healthier ways of relating.
At Pathways Rooted Counseling, therapy isn’t about assigning blame or “fixing” anyone. It’s about creating a safe space where you can explore what’s really going on, identify patterns, and practice new ways of connecting—with yourself and the people you care about most. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical: we’ll talk through challenges, explore solutions, and give you tools you can actually use in real life.
I work with people at all stages: individuals trying to understand themselves better, couples looking to reconnect, parents hoping to navigate family dynamics more effectively, and families who want to improve communication and emotional connection. No matter the situation, my goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered to make changes that matter.
When I’m not in session, I love connecting with my own family, spending time in nature, and exploring ways to grow personally and spiritually. These experiences continue to inform my work and remind me that relationships—messy, complicated, beautiful—are what make life meaningful.
If you’re reading this, it probably means something in your life feels out of balance or relationships feel strained. You don’t have to figure it out alone. Therapy can help you gain clarity, strengthen connection, and take intentional steps toward the life and relationships you want.
I’d love to walk alongside you on that journey.
