
INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING
Individual counseling is a place to talk honestly—about what’s heavy, confusing, or no longer working in your life. You don’t need the “right words” or a clear diagnosis to start. We figure things out together. In our work, we look at patterns: how you respond to stress, how you relate to others, and how past experiences may still be shaping your present.
Many people come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Therapy helps us slow those moments down, understand what’s underneath them, and build new ways of coping and responding.
Sessions are conversational and collaborative. Some weeks we’re unpacking emotions or experiences; other weeks we’re focused on practical tools you can use in real life. The goal isn’t just insight—it’s helping you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned in your day-to-day life. You can expect therapy to be supportive, thoughtful, and paced with care.
