Couple's counseling isn’t about deciding who’s right or wrong—it’s about understanding what keeps you stuck.
Many couples come in saying, “We keep having the same fight,” or “We’re talking, but not actually connecting.” In sessions, we focus on the patterns between you: how conflict starts, how it escalates, and what each partner is needing but may not know how to express.
Often, beneath frustration or distance are unmet needs, emotional injuries, or miscommunication. Sessions are structured and supportive. You’ll have space to speak openly while also learning new ways to listen, respond, and repair.
My role is to help slow conversations down, keep them productive, and guide you toward understanding rather than defensiveness. Couple's therapy helps repair trust, strengthen emotional safety, and create healthier ways of communicating—so you’re not just managing conflict, but actually feeling more connected.
